Endure Till the End: How Exercise has Taught Me To Never Give Up:

Just because you are healthy and you have lost all your baby weight doesn't mean life will all of a sudden become easy. Just because you fit into your size 6 jeans again, doesn't mean you won't go through hard times. Just because you look good, it doesn't mean you should stop exercising. Exercising is more than being healthy and looking good, it is a life style. It is a place where you can practice how you will handle those trials and tribulations life will not stop throwing at you. Exercising can, no it will, help you learn who you are, learn how strong you are, and learn just how many obstacles you can overcome. If you were never faced with any obstacles, you would never know you could overcome any thing.

As I personally have gone through many changes in the past month, the one thing I have held fast to is my exercise regimen. It is the one thing that stays constant, and it is the one thing that reminds me day in and day out just how strong I am, and how much stronger I am becoming. There are days when even I don't want to run or don't want to go to yoga, but I push myself and I go anyways. And afterwards I must say I am never disappointed. Because every time I realize that I set a goal and accomplished it, regardless what I am going through in life, regardless of how easy it would of been not to go, I am reminded of just how important I am. How important it is to never give up no matter how hard it gets. I must always put myself first.

Life is never easy, and really what fun would it be if it were? What would we learn? What would we be able to say we accomplished? Exercising gives me the time to reflect on what is important to me, it gives me the energy to create what I want out of life, not what others should want for me, it is a chance for me to release and let go of frustration, hurt and pain, it is a place for me to grow, it is a place for me to just be me. Where for 45 minutes or an hour nothing else matters but the movement of my body and the breath of my soul that keeps me going. It reminds me I can never stop breathing or I will die, and I can never give up or I will surrender. As Christinia Aguilera says :

'Cause if it wasn't for all
That you tried to do
I wouldn't know just how capable I am to pull through
So I wanna say thank you

'Cause it
Makes me that much stronger
Makes me work a little bit harder
Makes me that much wiser
So thanks for making me a fighter

Made me learn a little bit faster
Made my skin a little bit thicker
Makes me that much smarter
So thanks for making me a fighter
